El Salvador La Ellie

The origin of this coffee's name dates back to the Han Dynasty (B.C. 206 to A.D. 200); emperors in this period were rumored to prize such possessions. Beginning in the 1500's and into the 1600's, they found their way into Europe as a result of trade between China and European countries where they soon became a favorite of European royalty.... I think you get the gist, this is something that is meant for special, special people.

But what is it?

Well, fast forward a few years.... It's 2015 in Southern California, and Ellie, the pug, is born into the Augies family. So naturally, this was the name we presented to Anny Ruth of Loma La Gloria when she asked us to give names to the lots of hers that we would be bringing in this year.
